------------------------- VOLUNTEER TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM The Volunteer Transportation Programs utilizes VA volunteers to provide transportation for Veteran patients to and from their homes

to scheduled appointments at the Loch Raven VA Outpatient Clinic between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. To be eligible for the Volunteer Transportation Program, Veterans must meet

the following criteria: * Have a scheduled appointment at the Baltimore VA Medical Center * Have no other available means of transportation (e.g., no car, no family available to assist, no

mass transportation nearby) * Received the COVID-19 vaccine * Agree to wear a mask while in the vehicle * Must be able to enter and exit the vehicle independently (no wheelchairs) To
