Medical Support Assistants are often the first person a Veteran or family member will come into contact within a VA medical center or community clinic. They help the Veteran get checked in

for appointments, schedule appointments, and support Veteran care by and tracking, reviewing, and responding to electronic orders, and consults. Those qualified and interested in employment
