For this first creation of 2024, the duo have pulled out all the stops, with a perfect marriage of two creams. Alléno & Rivoire's GALETTE DES REINES features a SUGAR-FREE ALMOND and

CHOCOLATE CREAM, sublimated by a CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CORN PUFF PASTRY. The whole is sprinkled with grated cocoa. The result is an ultra-gourmet, perfectly-balanced creation, guaranteed to

explode in the mouth! To top it all off, the duo slipped in a CLOVER-SHAPED BEAN for a chance to win the TABLETTE DES ROIS, a dark chocolate bar topped with a marbled fresh almond cream.
