about 300 physicians, nurses, physician assistants, and clinical psychologists providing comprehensive health and wellness services for a 30,000 global workforce and managed a more than $80
million annual budget. In his role as the Director, White House Medical Unit in Washington, DC, he planned, supervised, and oversaw the mission-critical 24/7/365 delivery of complex
emergency and comprehensive medical care to the President, the Vice President, and their families across three Presidential Administrations. He also served as the Chief of the CIA’s Medical
Operations Division. Prior to his appointment, Bass was the Senior Vice President, Business and Clinical Development Executive at GlobalMed in Vienna, Virginia, a provider of advanced
virtual patient care programs and telehealth services, including for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, and the White House. Bass, a retired
U.S. Navy commander, is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Rehabilitation Association, the American Counseling Association, and the National Association
of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arkansas Tech University, Russellville, Arkansas; a Bachelor of Arts in Rehabilitation Science from
