invite you to an enriching and empowering class that asks, "WHAT MATTERS TO YOU?" This class is part of our Whole Health & Wellness initiative and is a fantastic opportunity to

focus on your well-being and personal growth. CLASS DETAILS: Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and Thursdays 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. The INTRODUCTION TO WHOLE HEALTH & WELLNESS group class

serves as a fundamental platform for Whole Health awareness. Through conversations on health, self-care, and personal development, it utilizes the Personal Health Inventory (PHI) framework.

Using a blend of knowledge-sharing and hands-on activities, the class offers a comprehensive understanding of Whole Health. Participating in this program, you have the chance to benefit in

many ways. You will learn about the Whole Health approach, join well-being programs, explore the PHI framework, participate in health-enhancing exercises, build camaraderie with other
