MyHealtheVet is not going away only the way Veterans sign in. As you may have heard by now, Veterans will have 2 secure Sign-In account options (Login.gov and ID.me) for all VA websites and

apps. The My HealtheVet option will be removed after JANUARY 31, 2025, and the DS Logon option after SEPTEMBER 30, 2025. MyHealtheVet is not going away only the way Veterans sign in. You can

Team will be offering sign up assistance for Veterans by APPOINTMENT. If a Veteran would like in person assistance with creating the new login, please have them contact the MyHealtheVet

credentials in person that you will need to share with the Veteran. * The process normally takes approximately 45 minutes to complete but can be much longer. Please bring your patience. *

You must have your DRIVER’S LICENSE, STATE ID, or PASSPORT to complete the process.  NEITHER your VA or DOD ID card can be used except in certain instances so it's good to have it. * It

is a good idea to bring a copy of your DD214, or Social Security card with you just in case any additional form of identification is needed. * YOU MUST HAVE AN EMAIL ACCOUNT AND HAVE ACCESS

TO IT AT THE SETUP TIME, AS WELL AS A PHONE THAT CAN RECEIVE CALLS OR TEXTS. * If you'd like to use your tablet or laptop, please feel free to bring it with you but you will still need
