(PB-RNR & RN-TTP), Student Nurse Programs (VA-STEP, SNT, GNT), and Safe Patient Handling & Mobility (SPHM). Carlton is a board-certified Nurse Executive (NEA-BC) and a Board
Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse (PMH-BC). Clinically Carlton has served as Nurse Manager of System Dialysis and Executive Director of Clinical Operations, Carlton has also served
on the Advisory Committee at the Ohio Board of Nursing. Carlton holds several Adjunct Faculty positions at area Universities including Case Western Reserve University Francis Payne Bolton
School of Nursing and Ursuline College Breen School of Nursing. Carlton has served on several Professional boards including the Greater Cleveland Organization of Nurse Executives (GCONE),
the Greater Cleveland Nurses’ Association (GCNA) and is a current member of the American Nurses Association (ANA). Carlton is very excited about the opportunity that his current position
gives him to assist and advocate for new nurses that are just starting their careers as professional nurses.
