Stephen Glaus proudly served in 2011with the U.S. Army military intelligence in Iraq supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. After his service, he landed his ‘dream job’ as a drone operator with

a private company. While on a business trip in 2018 to Japan his foot suddenly went numb.

Lebanon VA Medical Center and Lebanon Valley College developed "The Seeing Lens" a ten-week therapeutic photography group to help Veterans in recovery.

Rick Rader, a U.S. Army Veteran who served from 1976 to 1980 had significant knee pain and opted for surgery at Lebanon VA Medical Center. Seven months later he won multiple medals in the

2019 National Veterans Golden Age Games.

Michael Byrd, an Army Veteran and successful businessman and Beverly Miller, an employee at Lebanon VA Medical Center at the facility Aug. 28. Miller saved Byrd’s life by performing CPR on

him when he collapsed during a run in early August.
