Street is no longer seeing patients. The 41st clinic, formerly located at 9322 East 41st Street, closed on August 6 and is no longer seeing patients. In addition, the Audiology Clinic,

formerly located at the Tulsa Eleventh Street VA Clinic, also moved to the new Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic which is located at 8921 South Mingo Road. NEW CLINIC SERVICES INCLUDE:
