Mr. Ryan Landi was selected as the Associate Director for the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (JBVAMC) in May 2024. Mr. Landi began his VA career in 2012 as a GHATP Fellow, then served in many

administrative and supervisory roles within Nursing, Ambulatory Care, Patient Administration Service (PAS), Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) at VA Central Office, and Assistant Chief of

PAS at JBVAMC. In October 2019, he served as the Acting Health System Specialist (HSS) to the Medical Center Director at JBVAMC. Mr. Landi held this position until he was selected as the

Assistant Director for JBVAMC in January 2021. As Associate Director, Mr. Landi has direct responsibility for: Biomedical Engineering Service, Emergency Management, Engineering Service,

Facility Master Planning Section, Fleet Service, Occupational Safety and Health (includes Radiation Safety), Privacy, Supply Chain Management, Veteran Transportation Service/ Beneficiary

Travel, and facility liaison to the Great Lakes Acquisition Center, Fiscal, and Human Resources. Mr. Landi is a native to the Chicagoland area and holds a Master’s in Health Administration

(MHA) along with a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) in Policy from the University of Iowa. He is actively involved in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and previously held

Chair and Board roles on the local Chicago chapter.
