Dr. Jacobs completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2011 at St. John’s University in Queens, New York and subsequently enrolled and completed a Master’s in Clinical Psychology.

Dr. Maria “Carmen” E. Espiritu, MD, has been a Staff Physician at the Bill Hefner Salisbury VA, since February 2016.

survey. The survey window is three weeks, and began for the North Carolina medical center this week.
