triplex development. He believed the Tipping Street home could be easily pulled apart and reassembled at another site. "It's pretty old, but it would probably suit as a holiday

home," he said. "I'm happy to help someone out, if they'll clear the site." The current tenants, Samantha Graham and Phil McDonald, have called the modest

three-bedroom, one-bathroom abode home for a little over two years. Miss Graham said the street was in a quiet section of Carey Park, just south-east of the city centre. "It's just

a normal house really, it's nice inside, it's pretty quiet," she said. South West real estate agents say property investors have not yet returned to the market, which was hit

hard by the global financial crisis, but this has not stopped sellers from queuing up. Statistics released by real estate consultancy RP Data yesterday showed there were 32,497 property
