Bryce LuffThe West Australian Shopping centres, petrol stations and pharmacies are among more than a dozen new COVID exposure sites revealed by authorities Thursday afternoon. WA Health

revealed earlier in the day that Woolworths at Carousel had been visited by a confirmed case on the afternoon of New Year’s Eve. That list has since been updated with 12 new locations,

including Gelato Bar Cottesloe, Kwinana Repco, Coles Express, Chemist Warehouse Leda and Kmart at Rockingham Shopping Centre. It comes after one new local COVID-19 case tied to an infected

quarantine hotel worker. The new case is a household contact of the Perth Hyatt Hotel security guard who tested positive a day ago, WA Health said in a statement on Thursday. NEW EXPOSURE
