Basavangudi area of the city, where the event is being organized.The order will be in force between 6 pm on February 7 to 6 pm on Sunday.Providing reasons for the order, the four-page order


said that if Togadia was allowed to address a rally through electronic means, it would “frustrate” the very purpose of prohibiting him from entering the city. It would also “endanger peace


and tranquility” in the city and “are likely to provoke certain sections of society and hurt the religious sentiments of certain sections of society.”The order also quoted media reports


which said that the VHP had resolved to “guarantee” Togadia’s speech at the venue, which was confirmed by intelligence reports. The order has been addressed to Keshav Hegde Organizing
