This year, the safest way to spend the festive period is to stay at home. We know it’s not going to be easy and that many members may feel isolated and lonely. So, for 12 days over the

coming Season, the most popular feature of our virtual events Blether will be available from 6.30pm to 9.30pm every evening. Staying connected is as important now as it has ever been, and

while we can’t control many of the challenges, we face around us, there are still some things we can all do to help one another during the holidays. We hope this opportunity to connect with

other members will be beneficial for many, as Christmas and New Year will be a little different this year. REGISTER TO ATTEND: You can register to attend one event or all 12 of our Festive

Blethers. It is important for us to know how many members will be attending so we know that there will be someone for everyone to Blether to. Pre-registration closed at 17h00 on Monday 21st

December. Your Hopin event invitation will be sent to you two days prior to the evening you have registered for. This invitation email will be from Hopin and may go to your junk or spam

folder. If this happens, you will need to move the email into your inbox in order for the link to work. You need to click on the blue button in the email to accept the invitation to the

event. All registrations should now be made by emailing [email protected]. Registration on each day will close at 16h30 to allow enough time to provide you with access. WHAT TO EXPECT: Members

in attendance will be randomly matched with a fellow Party member for a 5-minute Blether, over a direct video call. When you click the Ready button, the system searches for someone else who

has also clicked the Ready button. If someone else is available, the two of you are matched instantly and the Blether begins. You have the option to extend the conversation if you both

choose to do so, and you can leave the conversation at any point. You can Blether for the full 3 hours or however long you wish. Just like every good Blether, these are completely free to

attend. If you would like to help keep them free in future, you can donate to the SNP here: https://www.snp.org/donate/
