THEN ILLINOIS DEMOCRATS TOOK CENTER STAGE WITH GOVERNOR JB PRITZKER AND SENATOR TAMMY DUCKWORTH IN PRIMETIME SPOTS.
ALL CULMINATING WITH THE FORMER FIRST COUPLE, BARACK AND MICHELLE OBAMA CAPPING OFF THE NIGHT.
BARACK OBAMA SPEECH CAME 20 YEARS AFTER HIS FATAL 2004 KEYNOTE SPEECH IN 16 YEARS AFTER ACCEPTING THE NOMINATION FOR HIS FIRST PRESIDENTIAL BID.
OUR OWN NIC LUMBERED WAS THERE.
NIC, WHAT IS IT LIKE IN THE UNITED CENTER TONIGHT?
