Kristin Cavallari has no regrets about cutting off ties from her father, Dennis Cavallari, after he “crossed the boundary” with her three children. “I mean, honestly, and this might sound

dissatisfaction with her father. In a December 2023 episode of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast, Kristin called him a “narcissist.” “I cut my dad out of my life about two years ago, which has

honestly been the best thing I’ve ever done, really and truly,” she told psychologist Dr. Sherrie Campbell. “I actually didn’t even realize that my dad was a narcissist until I was an

adult.” She also said that, while she had her own issues with her father, it took the incident with her own children to finally push her over the edge. “I was always like, I can take it. You
