Katie Couric has a message for “all sensitive skin sufferers.”

The former “Today” show co-host shared a close-up, bare-faced selfie via Instagram Thursday, joking that she could not “believe [she] let [her] team post” the vulnerable snap.

In her lengthy caption, Couric, 66, candidly addressed the skin struggles she has had since childhood.

“I’ve had eczema ever since I was a little girl, and as I’ve gotten older, it’s started to flare up again,” she revealed. “I also deal with allergic contact dermatitis — safe to say, I have

to be careful about what I put on my face.”

The journalist concluded her post by directing her followers to an interview between herself and Dr. Cheryl Lee Eberting.

In the candid conversation of “tips and tricks,” Couric said she most often gets eczema — which the Mayo Clinic defines as a condition that causes dry, itchy and inflamed skin — on her

eyelids and in her nasolabial folds.

She noted that she suffers from “a lot” of allergies to chemicals in beauty products, “particularly things in cleansers and creams.”

Bethenny Frankel commiserated with the Daytime Emmy winner in the comments section, writing, “Oh no this was me in aspen.”

Notably, the “Real Housewives of New York City” alum documented her skin struggles while vacationing in Colorado in February and clapped back at criticism of her “f–ked up” appearance.

“When you comment on someone’s physical appearance, you may not know exactly what they’re enduring personally, physically and emotionally,” Frankel, 53, told haters via Instagram.

Kristen Bell, Tia Mowry and Jessica Simpson are among the many A-listers who have also shared their eczema battles publicly.

“I have had eczema since I was a kid,” Simpson told People in September 2020, saying the condition worsened after she gave birth to now-4-year-old daughter Birdie.

“I am always open,” the 43-year-old noted at the time. “I’m open about my insecurities and my flaws, and if I can help inspire anybody to feel better about themselves, that’s why I’m here.”

Couric is similarly frank with her fans. In addition to her eczema, she previously documented her breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

“I’m a living, walking example of the importance of early detection and getting screened,” she said in October. “I’m trying to spread the word. … I try to use my platform in a really

positive way.”
