Diddy’s defense grills ex-assistant mia over rape claim at bombshell trial — but she doesn’t back down

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former live-in assistant didn’t back down as she was laboriously grilled Friday in Manhattan court over her explosive accusations that the disgraced music mogul

repeatedly sexually assaulted her. “Mia” – who testified anonymously as an alleged victim of sexual abuse – calmly repeated under cross-examination that she told the truth about Combs during

her second day on the witness stand in the Bad Boy Records founder’s federal sex-trafficking and racketeering trial. The ex-assistant also revealed more about Combs’ alleged rages, such as

with you?” Steel asked. “What I said in this courtroom is the truth,” Mia responded. “I have not lied to anyone at all.” The often-repetitive cross-examination came after prosecutors teased

more workplace horror stories out of Mia, who worked for Combs from 2009 through 2017. She contended Combs threatened to fire her and even kill her when she was on a trip with his

ex-girlfriend-turned-star-witness Cassie Ventura in South Africa in October 2015. Ventura found out Combs had cheated on her, prompting the billionaire to furiously try to reach her through

Mia, she testified, detailing how he’d bombarded her with threats. At one point, while Mia was asleep in a different time zone, she woke up to 48 missed calls and many texts from Combs

saying “CALL ME NOW,” she recalled. Combs, during a New Year’s Eve yacht getaway in St. Barts between 2010 and 2011, had also raged at Mia when she didn’t count $100,000 fast enough for his

liking, she testified. “You better learn how to walk on water like Jesus bitch. Get the f–k out of here,” she remembered Combs yelling at her. The hounding continued years after Mia stopped

working for Combs, as the mogul and his staff tried to reach her in the aftermath of Ventura’s bombshell 2023 lawsuit against hi — hounding her to publicly support him, she testified. Steel

spent hours combing through Mia’s Instagram posts, including one she posted on Combs’ 40th birthday with a photo of her in a tutu and another of him grabbing his crotch while they were

apparently at the Burning Man festival. “That’s the man who terrorized you?” Steel pressed. “Instagram was a place to show how great your life was, even if it was not,” Mia responded. Mia is

expected to be grilled again by Steel when the trial resumes Monday morning.  Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to charges that carry up to life in prison, if convicted.
