Assam industry and commerce minister Chandra Mohan Patowary on Monday said that the Assam government will soon approach CBI once again for taking up the investigation of syndicates in Assam.
Patowary’s reaction came a day after Nowgong Lok Sabha MP Pradyut Bordoloi had alleged that the office of the chief minister is running and controlling the syndicates in the state. Ready

is being brought to Assam,” Patowary said adding that several people including government officers have been arrested in the past for their involvement in corruption after the new
