tachycardia syndrome (POTS) may be a sequela of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Kwan et al. reported that the risk of POTS was 5.35 times higher after severe acute respiratory syndrome
coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection compared to after COVID-19 vaccination. However, the risk of POTS was 4.69 times higher before SARS-CoV-2 infection compared to before COVID-19
vaccination. Therefore, the SARS-CoV-2-infected and COVID-19-vaccinated populations were not comparable at baseline, and the finding that POTS-associated diagnoses after SARS-CoV-2 infection
