following allogeneic stem cell transplantation (SCT), but has only recently been reported after cord blood transplantation (CBT).1, 2 Some of the known risk factors for PTLD in bone marrow
transplantation are invariably present in CBT and can become contributing factors for PTLD: a relatively low dose of donor T cells, frequent donor–recipient human leukocyte antigen (HLA)
