LIVERPOOL HAVE ALREADY AGREED DEALS TO SIGN JEREMIE FRIMPONG AND ARE IN TALKS WITH BAYER LEVERKUSEN OVER A POTENTIAL CLUB-RECORD MOVE FOR GERMANY STAR FLORIAN WIRTZ - BUT THERE WILL BE A

NUMBER OF OUTGOINGS AT ANFIELD TOO 09:46, 29 May 2025Updated 09:48, 29 May 2025 Trent Alexander-Arnold bid farewell to Liverpool on Sunday and posted an emotional final farewell on social

media on Wednesday night. But the England star won't be the only player departing Anfield this summer. As he was at the heart of Sunday's celebrations at Anfield, he was seen

shedding tears multiple times, including during the victory parade through Liverpool the next day. All in, it signals the end of his time with the club, with the 26 year-old now poised to

join Real Madrid on a free transfer, having chosen not to renew his contract on Merseyside after 20 years with the Reds. Liverpool have already acted swiftly to secure a successor, closing

in on the acquisition of Dutch international Jeremie Frimpong from Bayer Leverkusen for his £29million release clause. They're also negotiating with the German side over a potential

record-breaking £126m deal for Florian Wirtz. And they're making moves also Bournemouth's Milos Kerkez, the left-back who enjoyed a standout season in the Premier League,

potentially to the tune of £40m. As such, it's shaping up to be a very busy opening to the transfer window for the champions. And Alexander-Arnold is unlikely to be the only outgoing.

Several team-mates are pondering their futures at the club. And FOUR stars have hinted that their careers may soon be elsewhere following the final game of the season against Crystal Palace.

Guardiola' Chief among them is goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher, who has caught Brentford's eye. With Bayer Leverkusen moving on Bees No.1 Mark Flekken, the London club are eyeing a

£20m deal for the Ireland stopper, who shared his ambition to be a first-choice in a post-match interview as he once more underlined his desire for regular playing time. "I think

I've said it before that I feel like I'm a number one," said Kelleher. "And I think I'm good enough to play week-in, week-out. And that's what I'm looking

to do, obviously. This season I was lucky enough to play a lot of games but yeah, definitely something I am looking at." Having been No.2 to Alisson for so long, Kelleher is set to drop

further down the pecking order with the arrival of £29m Giorgi Mamardashvili from Valencia. The Georgian stopper has already made clear that, after staying in Spain on loan last season, he

is heading to Anfield to fight to be No.1. In another, more subtle, revelation, Andy Robertson told Match of the Day that perhaps his position at the club isn't as secure as it once

was. The Scotland captain, now 31, has just one year left on his deal and is more than aware of the push to bring in Kerkez. He hinted at considering his own future. "Obviously, the

club are going to have a busy summer, so we need to see where everyone stands," Robertson remarked. "But it's been a special time here, I loved my time here. "It's

been eight special years, and I've cherished every moment I've played in front of these fans, especially at Anfield. Today was special." Harvey Elliott couldn't hold back

the tears as he hugged his father on the pitch post-match following Liverpool's draw against Palace and he is increasingly likely to depart after making just two Premier League starts

all season. Having been a regular under Jurgen Klopp he has found breaking into Arne Slot's lineup far tougher. After the club's open top bus parade he wrote: "This club.

These fans. This city, forever in my heart. Thank you for another incredible experience." He's openly considered his future and is unlikely to be short of suitors in the Premier

League. The question is whether any will meet Liverpool's £40m price tag, or if the Reds are willing to reduce. Similarly, Kostas Tsimikas has left supporters guessing over his Anfield

career after his social media reminisce about Liverpool's league glory. He shared his emotions next to an image of him with the Premier League trophy, stating: "As a kid kicking a

ball in Greece, I could never imagine this day – lifting the Premier League trophy as a Liverpool FC player. Five years at this club have taught me what it means to never walk alone: this

city, this team, and these fans carried us through every step. "I'm overwhelmed with pride in what we've achieved and gratitude for everyone who stood by us. We overcame every

challenge together. Greek Scouser's heart is forever with Liverpool." Like Kelleher, he's set to fall further down the pecking order with Kerkez's arrival. Even if

Robertson departed, he'd very much remain as back up. They are not the only players whose futures are uncertain. Joe Gomez, Wataru Endo, Darwin Nunez, Federico Chiesa, Diogo Jota and

Jarell Quansah could all possibly head out of the exit door in search of more regular action. Then there's the situations with Ibrahima Konate and Luis Diaz, amid their contract issues.

Konate is in talks over a new deal, but Diaz is interesting Barcelona and could be tempted by a switch to Spain if their interest solidifies and Liverpool are made an offer worth thinking

about. Slot admitted after the draw with Palace that he needs to hold talks with a number of Liverpool's players to find out their future plans - aware that some of his fringe men may

want more regular action and may need to go elsewhere to get it. "If we need to strengthen the team, we will," he declared. "Because I don't know yet if all the players

who didn't play that much this season will all want to stay, yes or no. This is something we will find out in the upcoming weeks." While fans are eagerly anticipating

Liverpool's potential new signings, with eyes on Frimpong and Wirtz, it wouldn't be shocking to see a flurry of departures from Anfield. With whispers of possible exits and players

internally debating their next moves, the club is bracing for some tough choices in the near future. Article continues below JOIN OUR NEW WHATSAPP COMMUNITY _AND RECEIVE YOUR DAILY DOSE OF
