NO PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST. ------------------------- 1. ELIGIBILITY: The Best New Ideas in Money Festival Investing Contest is open only to people who are
registered attendees of the Best New Ideas in Money Festival and are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void
where prohibited by law. 2. SPONSOR: Dow Jones & Company, Inc. (“Dow Jones”), 1211 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036. 3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the
Contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor in all matters relating to the Contest, which are final and binding.
4. TIMING: The entry period for the Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on August 10th, and ends at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 22, 2022. The Contest (ability to make trades)
begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on August 10th, and ends at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 22, 2022 (the “Trading Period”). 5. HOW TO ENTER: A. REGISTER: During the Entry Period, go
to Virtual Stock Exchange and follow the links and instructions to log-in or register, including creating a user profile. Each individual entrant may create only one (1) user profile
(“Entrant”). Entrants must register prior to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 22, 2022. Entrants must register using their actual name; the name must match the name used in registering
for the Best New Ideas in Money Festival. B. PLAY THE "CONTEST": After you have completed registration go to the Virtual Stock Exchange's Best New Ideas in Money Festival
Investing Contest page and follow the links and instructions to login under your user profile. Each Entrant will start out with $100,000 of play money in their fictitious portfolio. This is
not real money and has no value (monetary or otherwise) outside the Contest. During the Trading Period, entrants can buy, sell, and otherwise trade any and all investment vehicles available
on the Contest Website. The Entrant must adhere to the rules and guidelines for transactions set forth on the Contest Website, including: (1) Entrant must start trading before 12:00 p.m.
Eastern Time on September 22, 2022; (2) Entrant must trade at least 1 different stocks/securities. Margin Trading will be enabled for this Contest, in accordance with the rules and
guidelines set forth on the Contest Website. At the end of each day, an Entrant’s account automatically will be valued based on closing prices quoted for that day. However, in response to
changes implemented by stock exchanges, quote providers and other third parties, the foregoing valuation methodology may be changed in order for each Entrant’s account to accurately reflect
market values. At the close of the Contest, each Entrant’s account automatically will be valued based on the latest market sale prices as of 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 22, 2022.
Entrants can return to the Contest Website as many times as they wish during the Trading Period. The sponsor may announce certain top-performing entrants in the contest at the Best New Ideas
in Money Festival, on MarketWatch or otherwise. Entrants may receive service emails from time to time regarding their portfolio and the Contest. All entries automatically will be considered
the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 6. PORTFOLIO PERFORMANCE: The entries will be judged using data as supplied by the official data sources and as made available from time to
time on the Contest Website. All entrants must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. 7. NO PRIZE. There will be no prizes awarded in connection with this contest.
Nothing of value will be provided by Sponsor to any entrant as a result of entrant’s performance in this contest. 8. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest
constitutes Entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of Entrant’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for advertising and promotional purposes and to
announce final or interim results or portfolio values and status in any media worldwide without additional notice or further payment or compensation, except where prohibited by law. 9.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest for any reason. 10. RELEASE: By entering the Contest, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, Sponsor and
each of its related companies, its parent and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action
arising out of participation in the Contest. 11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning
of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human
intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (v) any
injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from
entrant's participation in the Contest. 12. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be
resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by Federal or State courts located in New York City, New York; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and
awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances
will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual
out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the
application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant in Sponsor determined, in its sole discretion, that such
entrant has acted in a manner that disrupts the integrity of the Contest or has acted in a manner that is contrary to principles of fair-play.
