year by the Federal Reserve. The 2-year Treasury yield fell to 3.877%, while the 10-year Treasury rate dropped to 4.364% — the lowest levels since May 7, based on 3 p.m. Eastern time figures
from Dow Jones Market Data. Meanwhile, the 30-year Treasury yield fell 9.6 basis points to 4.887%, the lowest level since May 12. It was the 30-year's biggest decline since May 27.
