to leave for the cathedral at 1.20pm from the Hotel Football end, and hundreds of fans are expected to pay their respects to Law. The _Manchester Evening News_ will send a reporter to the

cathedral and another to Old Trafford. There will be live coverage of the procession for those who can't make it in person. Before United's game against Brighton at Old Trafford on

January 19, a piper led the team out playing Flower of Scotland to pay tribute to Law. The teams were joined on the pitch by Paddy Crerand, Alex Stepney, Brian Kidd and Sir Alex Ferguson,

and a minute's applause was held. Last month, a statement released on behalf of the Law family said: "It is with a heavy heart that we tell you our father Denis Law has sadly

passed away. He fought a tough battle but finally he is now at peace. Article continues below "We would like to thank everyone who contributed to his wellbeing and care, past and much
