personal life(Image: Getty) Rylan Clark has been feeling noticeably more "giggly" these days as he shared his positive mood with listeners on his BBC Radio 2 weekend show.

The 36-year-old presenter spoke candidly to his co-host who remarked on his "giggly" disposition, to which Rylan replied: "I am giggly. I don't care. I'm giggly very giggly. I'm relaxed I'm

happy. I'm really happy actually."

‌ Noting a significant shift in his lifestyle from constant nights out to cosy evenings at home, Rylan acknowledged this change, hinting that it wasn't just career success contributing to

his happiness.

‌ He said: "I know, who's bed though is the question? Yes I am. I feel like, for the first time in a long time, I'm in a very decent place on paper...in all aspects."

Rylan is coming off the back of a BAFTA win and Doctor Who appearance Rylan also attributes his contentment to various facets of a fulfilling life.

Article continues below He explained: "I've just won a BAFTA. I'm getting to go around the world, I've got a great job, I'm going to the TRIC Awards, I've got a nice personal life going on.

It's nice, I'm very content. I feel good."

His partnership with Rob Rinder is also riding high, having snagged a BAFTA for their series Rob and Rylan's Grand Tour in the Factual Entertainment category, reports Derbyshire Live.

He recounted: "When the BAFTAs is on telly it's a little bit behind, we were a couple of hours ahead in real-time, so I FaceTimed her and went, 'you alright?'

"I was holding the BAFTA, and she went, 'oh are you presenting one?'

‌ "And I went: 'No mum, I've won', she went, 'what?' and I said: 'We're ahead two hours,' and she just bawled her eyes out. And then it went on telly and everyone kept ringing her, so she

cried all night."
