'utter chaos' on the M62 on Tuesday evening (June 3) after a slip lane closure caused miles of congestion and rush-hour delays. The M60 clockwise entry slip road was closed,


causing 'severe delays', which was worsened by a lane closure due to a broken down lorry on the M62 Eastbound from J11 to J12. Motorway traffic cameras showed four lanes of static

were delays of at least 45 minutes after a heavy goods vehicle broke down on the link road between the M62 eastbound onto the M60 clockwise. Traffic became backed up on the M62 to junction
