Primark stores in Great Britain. From today shoppers will be able to purchase Primark products online before collecting products in store. Primark's online store spans women’s, men’s

and kids fashion plus homeware products. The new Click & Collect service will mean that all shoppers will be able to access ranges and collections typically only found in Primark’s

larger stores. Kari Rodgers, UK Retail Director at Primark, said: “Now, wherever you live in Great Britain you can browse and shop the best of Primark online, before collecting in the store

that suits you. “We’re thrilled to have now completed this roll out ahead of the summer.” The Click & Collect service was first trialled in 25 stores in the North West of England,

Yorkshire and North Wales. Article continues below Primark announced in April 2024 it would roll out the service across all stores in Great Britain, alongside expanding the ranges it

offered. After adding items to a virtual shopping basket, customers can choose a day to collect, up to seven days ahead, from their chosen store. Orders will be available for collection from

two days after they have been placed with a £10 minimum order value and no delivery charge. Click & Collect customers can also pay for any additional in-store finds when collecting

their order from the dedicated Click & Collect desk. Independent research conducted by Public First found that 2.3 million people cite Primark as the main reason for visiting their high

street each week. According to a Statista report, in 2024 clothing was the highest reported category when respondents were asked about their most returned online purchases. The Energy Saving

Trust advises that picking up goods from centralised locations such as click and collect points has a lower environmental impact that ordering to your home. It also advises avoiding buying

goods online that you’re likely to return, and considering each purchase before buying to minimise your carbon footprint from online shopping. Article continues below Fellow online retailer
