feeling confident and glowing as well as having potential benefits for your skin.
But some skin care brands in particular have risen to fame among shoppers for their alleged effectiveness and their recognisable branding. One of these brands is Drunken Elephant, known for
its hair, skin and body care.
Among the brand's products are a range of skin care and makeup ‘drops’ said to brighten or bronze skin.
The brand’s ‘bronzing drops’, ‘brightening drops’ and also ‘blush drops’ have received hundreds of 5 star reviews online from shoppers citing a ‘healthy glow’.
Drunk Elephant’s O-bloos rosi drops are said to add a rosy wash of colour to the skin.
The brand recommends blending the "water-colour light product" into the hairline, temples, apples of the cheeks and the bridge and tip of the nose for a “naturally flushed, day-in-the-sun
look”.
Article continues below While the product have received many positive reviews for its “glowy finish” which “applies nicely over foundation”, shoppers have also pointed out the product's
price point with the product on sale online for £35 per bottle.
As with many famous beauty products, many have resorted to cheaper alternatives to try and achieve the same look.
One so-called Drunken Elephant ‘dupe’ is available in Home Bargains for £2.49.
Home Bargains’ range, Dizzy Panda, is sold in packaging that looks very similar to the well-loved bottles of Drunken Elephant and includes blush drops, which seem to be aimed at mimicking
the more expensive brand.
The Dizzy Panda packaging is very similar to Drunken Elephant's (Image: Home Bargains ) Some shoppers took to TikTok to review the dupe brand with one saying the blush product made her skin
look like she had been “doing skin care” even though it was makeup..
However she also noted that the product is hard to get out of the packaging.
Others shared their moisturiser and cleansing balm finds from the same brand.
