time flies, there are certain staples that just have to be present at life's celebratory moments - and when it comes to birthday bashes, it is not really a party without cake, presents,

and balloons to honour the birthday person. Decorating for a party can be a real laugh and it is always a sight to behold, but sometimes the effort required can catch you off guard and turn

out to be more of a slog than initially thought. Balloons might be easy on the pocket and simple to set up, yet many of us find ourselves worn out after inflating them all, not to mention

enduring the aching fingers from wrestling with the knots to keep the air from escaping. A handy trick to save yourself becoming knackered is to grab a balloon pump, which you can pick up

for a mere quid at Poundland. In an attempt to give your fingers some reprieve, one woman's technique has taken the internet by storm, racking up an incredible 160 million views on

Instagram. In her video, she's seen sitting comfortably on a seat, placing the arm of a coat hanger between her thighs, using the other side as an ingenious balloon-tying aid. The woman

demonstrates with a green balloon, looping the end around the coat hanger twice, creating a perfect opening through which she could thread and secure the end. As she nudges the tip through

the loop, she gently pulls the balloon free from the hanger, effectively sealing it shut. "Save your fingers," captioned @mrs. mpagaja, who shared the enlightening footage. One

flabbergasted commenter exclaimed: "Ummmmm. This is gold. I bow to you new friend." Another commented: "This is one of the most genius things I've seen in my life. Thank

you. "How does it feel to be the smartest person alive," quipped another admirer. A particularly impressed viewer remarked: "I've never been able to tie a balloon.

You're my idol now." One person expressed their well-wishes whimsically: "I pray your coffee is always good! Your pillow is cold! Your kids listen! And good things just happen

to you! Thank you lol. "Someone get this lady something I don't know what, but make it very good," suggested another. Article continues below Sharing their past struggle,

someone else posted: "I wish I would have seen this 6 months ago for my sons 1st birthday over 60 balloons my fingers hurt for a week after." _Have you tried this balloon trick?
