A man indecently exposed himself to a schoolboy in a Leicestershire town centre. The incident reportedly took place in Market Harborough just after 8.45am on Tuesday (May 20). Leicestershire
Police said that the boy was walking to St Joseph's Catholic Academy with his mother at the time. They were in High Street, close to the Church Street junction. A description of the
