Arrests after 'skimming device' found on supermarket cashpoint

Two men have been arrested after a skimming device was reportedly found on a cash machine at a Leicestershire supermarket. Police received a report just before 5pm yesterday (Wednesday, June

4) that a device had been placed on a machine at Asda in Barwell Road, Hinckley. The Leicestershire force said today (Thursday, June 5) that two men, aged 55 and 45, had been arrested on

suspicion of theft, "including theft by finding". Police tape was seen on the machines yesterday evening, and a police car was present nearby. A spokesperson for the force told

watching you, cancel the transaction and alert a member of staff. Do not accept help from seemingly well-meaning strangers and never allow yourself to be distracted. * Have your card

company's 24 hour contact number stored in your mobile phone. If your card is retained, stay at the ATM and contact your bank immediately. * If you spot anything unusual about the
