Even stronger winds but little chance of rain over next 4 days

It's a windy day for Leicestershire today (Thursday, May 29) but the good news is the wet weather is taking a break. The Met Office has said that this afternoon will see more high winds

- gusting up to 37mph. Overall, the next four days should remain pretty dry, with the Met Office rating the chance of rain in Leicester at less than five per cent from now until Sunday

morning, when there will be a 30 per cent chance. The temperatures are expected to peak at about 21C today, with similar highs on Friday. Saturday could see temperatures hit highs of 23C.
