Like many companies listed in the Nasdaq composite index, Dell Computer Corp. has seen its stock price plunge by more than half since the tech-dominated stock market hit its all-time high
last year. As tech-wary investors continue to batter Dell’s share price, founder Michael Dell plans to address a Los Angeles gathering Wednesday on the manufacturer-to-consumer sales
strategy that propelled his company to become one of the world’s top providers of computer products. Dell also plans to talk about his company’s efforts to use the Internet and its direct
