and on Thursday was being held on $20,000 bail, said a jail spokeswoman. Steven Edward Berg, 37, of Ventura, was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to sell methamphetamine, Aviles said.
Robert Rodriguez Gomez, 39, of Oxnard, was arrested on outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court, Aviles said. He was being held on $12,000 bail, authorities said. A fourth person,
