Sheriff’s Department’s Thousand Oaks Traffic Bureau will be aggressively enforcing the 25 mph speed limit on Chiquita Lane between 4 and 6 p.m., said Sheriff’s Sgt. Ken Bailey. A residential


street with driveways and sidewalks, Chiquita Lane connects Oak View Drive and Conejo School Road. The aggressive enforcement in the afternoon hours is a result of numerous complaints of
