Construction is under way on Pacific Glen, a $19-million complex of 20 two-story buildings on 14 acres at 801 E. Alosta Ave., Azusa. The first units are expected to be completed in mid-July


and the entire project in October.


The owner is Lincoln Pacific Limited Partnership and Lincoln Property Co. Inc. of Huntington Beach is the developer and builder. The architect is Togawa & Smith of Santa Monica.
