financial results 2025. The meeting in this regard is scheduled to take place on May 26, 2025, "The Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 26th May, 2025
at 3 PM," it said in a filing. "To consider and approve the standalone audited financial results along with audit report thereon for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025.
To consider and recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the financial year 2024-25," the filing reads. Meanwhile, shares of the company are in action
