Corporation (PFC) has declared its financial results for the quarter ended March 31. According to an exchange filing, the Maharatna company has  reported an 11 per cent rise in its

consolidated net profit. The net profit has surged to Rs 8,357.88 crore from Rs 7,556.43 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal. The company has also decided to reward its

investors with a dividend.  PFC DIVIDEND  The board of directors of the PSU has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.05 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each for the financial

year 2024-25. However, this is subject to the approval of shareholders in the upcoming annual general meeting.  This is in addition to the interim dividends of Rs 13.75 per equity share for

the FY 2024-25 already declared and paid during the year in four tranches.  PFC DIVIDEND RECORD DATE The company has fixed June 13, 2025 as the record date for this corporate action. A

record date is important as it helps companies identify the number of shareholders eligible for a corporate action.  PFC DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE While the company has not fixed a particular

date, it said that the final dividend will be paid within the statutory period of 30 days from the date of approval in the ensuing AGM. PFC SHARE PRICE  The shares of the company surged

after the quarterly results and ended the session at Rs 412.75, with a gain of 1.51 per cent from the previous close of Rs 406.60. During the day, it hit a high of Rs 421.20 on the BSE.

Earlier, the stock had a flat opening. On the NSE, the counter ended the session at Rs 411.45. This is a gain of Rs 5.20 or 1.28 per cent from the previous close of Rs 406.25.  The 52-week
