Valley after studying outside the stateI tried to look for the fitness trainers with knowledge but I couldn’t findany. Then I looked on the internet and searched for information of becoming

thefitness expert. I went to pursue the courses and learn practically what ittakes to become expert trainer and consultant,” he said. He said that Live Fit is step in the direction to make

peopleof Kashmir aware about the various ways of caring about their health. “To have gym is one thing but to have someone to guide youthrough professional customized plans is next level.
