Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a 17-year-old boy was left fighting for his life. Officers from Cleveland Police were called to a report that a boy


had been stabbed in Phoenix Park, in Hemlington, at 12.40am on Wednesday, April 30. The force has confirmed two teenagers - a 17-year-old boy and a 19-year-old man have been arrested on


suspicion of attempted murder on Tuesday morning, May 20. They are both in custody being questioned by detectives from our Homicide and Major Enquiry Team (HMET). Three people have already


been arrested in connection with the alleged attack. An 18-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder. She has been released on conditional bail. A 17-year-old


boy was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of a class B drug, and a man, aged 18, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and possession with intent to supply


class A drugs. They were both questioned and later released on conditional bail while enquiries continue. There has been no official update on the 17-year-old victim's condition but he


was last said to be in a stable condition in hospital having suffered life-threatening injuries. A spokesperson for Cleveland Polices aid: "Anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage is asked
