FMC reviews 22 OTI license applications


   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 22 license applications and changes for review.    The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from ASO


Logistics, Rancho Dominguez, Calif. (Simon Hwang, president); Atlas Air Freight System, Gardena, Calif. (Min Soo 'Michael' Shin, president); and Puerto Cortes Express, Miami (Jacqueline


Reyes, president).    The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Amada Shipping, Capo Beach, Calif. (Dana D. Fraser, president); Cardinal Health, Dublin, Ohio


(Warren B. Hastings, vice president); IMAC International Corp., East Meadow, N.Y. (Eric Tang, president); Logikor USA, Wilmington, Del. (Rick Morgan, director); Logistic Network of America,


Miami (Diana Y. Onsini, manager); LTA Import & Export, Miami (Eric E. Diaz, director of sales and marketing); S&B Shipping & Trading, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Sebastian T. King, director); and


Savannah Logistical Services, Pooler, Ga. (Rodney A. Gonzalez, secretary).    The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from UniGroup Worldwide Logistics, Fenton,


Mo. (Frederick J. Parshley, vice president); WS Shipping, Savannah, Ga. (Darius Ziulpa, member); and World Logistics USA, Allentown, N.J. (Wladyshaw Kopec, president).    In addition, the


agency received applications for a change to qualifying individual from Clover Systems, Miami (Holly A. Olivares, vice president); Convenient Freight System, Torrance, Calif. (Kook 'Joseph'


S. Lee, vice president); Euro Cargo Express, Jamaica, N.Y. (Barbara Hiebendahl, secretary); Procargo USA, Doral, Fla. (Sarisbel Lozano, member); and United Sunfine Logistics, Walnut, Calif.


(Meiling Chan, chief financial officer); and for a name change from 3 Plus Logistics Co., Rancho Dominguez, Calif. (Kyung S. Kim, treasurer); BDL Logistics, League City, Texas (Reina G.
