That is the view of Jose Morais, who worked with Jose Mourinho at Benfica, Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Chelsea.  Mourinho has enjoyed a positive start to life at Manchester United, winning

the Europa League and Carabao Cup in his first season.  The only blip in his debut campaign was United’s sixth-placed finish in the Premier League.  But they have gone from strength to

strength under Jose Mourinho as they are currently perched at the top of the table alongside rivals Manchester City on 19 points. Manchester United are also unbeaten in all competitions,

scoring an impressive 32 goals in 10 games.  Mourinho’s longest spell at one club is 1,205 days, where he guided Chelsea to two Premier League titles, two League Cups and one FA Cup in his

first spell.  He spent two seasons at Porto and Inter Milan, winning the Champions League at both.  And he did not spend much longer at Real Madrid or in his second spell at Chelsea.  But

Morais reckons Mourinho will surpass his time spent Chelsea the first time round at United because he is happy at the club.  "I see him doing always what he wants to do and if he wants

to [continue past three seasons] he will," he told the Manchester Evening News. "What I hear is that he is happy. Happiness is a kind of a state of mind that he's always in at

the top. You have different levels of happiness. "You can be very happy in terms of, 'I'm working here, the environment is good, results are fantastic'. And, at the same

time, you feel happy because everything is good in the family. Everybody is OK, they're good, they feel good. You feel great. "You don't have them close and this level of

happiness, that closeness, is not at the top. But I believe he is happy in terms of living. He's happy."
