Doctor who: bbc apologise after this season 10 finale blunder

Many viewers were left struggling to hear the final episode as the latest run of the BBC sci-fi series came to an end.  Taking to Twitter, fans complained that their audio had cut out during

the dramatic end scene.  The sound blunder left many unable to hear Peter Capaldi's Time Lord reunited with a character from his past.  One viewer asked: "Did anyone else lose the

sound for the last couple of minutes of #DoctorWho?" Another added: "#doctorwho Anybody else experience sound issues in the last few minutes of Doctor Who?  Couldn't hear

@BBC," a third added. It is believed that the issue only affected those watching on BBC Scotland HD but the BBC's official Doctor Who account was quick to apologise.  They wrote:
