Prince Harry and Meghan Markle opened up about their lives as young parents on their ITV documentary An African Journey and the struggles both of them have faced. Speaking to Tom Bradby

Harry discussed the impact losing his mother, Princess Diana has had on him and what he has learnt from her tragic death. Speaking about the pressure he is under, the Duke of Sussex

explained he feels the need to protect Meghan and his family. He said: “I will always protect my family and now I have a family to protect. “Everything that [Diana] went through and what

in the documentary Meghan revealed how supportive Harry had been during the South Africa tour. During a visit to the township of Nyanga, Megan told locals she was visiting them not just as

a member of the Royal Family but as a woman, as a woman of colour, and as their sister. Megan told Tom that she had asked Harry’s advice on her speech. She revealed he had encouraged her to

use those words.
