OUTLANDER SEASON 4 OPENING CREDITS REVEAL? At New York Comic-Con on Saturday, October 6, Starz’s revealed the official Outlander season four opening credits. Diana Gabaldon, the author of

the historical time travel book series of the same name that the show is based on, introduced the clip. The opening credit scene reveals that Jamie (played by Sam Heughan) and Claire

(Catriona Balfe) have swapped Scotland for 18th Century colonial America in season four. The clip shows Native Americans, a colonial mansion house and a log cabin in the middle of the woods.

WHAT DOES SKULL MEAN?  The end of the trailer shows Jamie and Claire embracing. Balfe said at New York Comic Con: “This season there is such a contentment of the two of them being together.

You see them have a life together. “There are always going to be external forces. I don’t think there are cliffhangers anymore as to whether they should be together.” The clip shows Brianna

(Sophie Skelton) touching the stone at Craig na Dun in an attempt to go to the past. WILL BRIANNA MEET JAMIE IN SEASON 4 OF OUTLANDER? Closely followed is a clip of a man drawing a sketch

of Brianna but it is unclear whether this is from 18th Century Scotland or 18th Century America. Fans of the book series will know that the fourth book is set also in the 1960s. The opening

credit clip shows highland dancing and it is likely to be happening in the 1960s, suggesting Brianna and Roger (Richard Wakefield) are back in Scotland. The shows theme song, The Skye Boat

Song, has also been updated with a folk-based sound and fiddle replacing the drums. WHO IS STEPHEN BONNET IN OUTLANDER SEASON 4? WHAT IS OUTLANDER SEASON 4 ABOUT? The synopsis for Outlander
