Meghan Markle has often been spotted in variations of the sophisticated high neckline with cutaway shoulders. Complimenting her slender figure, the 43-year-old - who, prior to marrying

Prince Harry, was an actress in the US drama Suits - often favours sleek style designs in neutral tones. According to style expert Eliza Scarborough, who took to her column for the Daily

Mail, as well as a halterneck design being used to slim the silhouette and broaden the shoulders, it can also draw attention to the areas you want - and away from areas that you don't.

She also wrote that Meghan - who has often used this trick in styling - used this during her second look on her wedding day to Harry back in 2018. The royal opted for a custom-made Stella

McCartney gown for the 185-person evening reception at Frogmore House. The look featured a silhouette and a high-halter neckline. Meghan - who is mum to Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3 - also

sported the style back in 2022 during the Invictus Games One Year to Go Event in Dusseldorf. According to Eliza, the royal appeared to bare her shoulders in a knit turtleneck from Annie

Bing, styled with pleated wide-legged cream Brandon Maxwell trousers. Unlike the wedding reception, Meghan's accessories were much more low-key in 2022. Attending the Invictus Games

Reception in 2023, Meghan also spoted a halterneck look by wearing a form-fitting knitted Toteme dress in a muted tone of grey. Meghan Markle continued her love of the style at the Royal

Salute Polo Challenge in April this year by wearing an ivory halter sundress. The dress, which was created by California designer Heidi Merrick, sported a folded halter top with a statement

bow and cutout detail. The Duchess also sported the style during the couple's visit to Nigeria, whilst supporting Harry who picking up the Pat Tillman Award for Service, and at the

star-studded G9 Ventures Summer Summit in July.
