2lb - was down to a combination of a strict diet and exercise regime.  In just over a year Josie achieved her massive weight loss but was left with six pounds of excess skin. When Josie

flaunted her new body on Loose Women she exposed a long red scar across her waistline from the tummy tuck procedure.  A photograph of her wearing a bikini spurred her on to shed the pounds.

reach her goal.  At the time French said: “No magic wand, just tiny, joyless low-cal eating and lots more walking for weeks and weeks.”  Since her initial transformation, the 59-year-old has

shrunk even more.
