The couple - whose romance hasn't gone down particularly well with Ben's ex wife Abby - dressed to impress as they attended the Strictly Gala at Mansion house in London. Despite

reportedly being an item for around a year now, they chose to exit the venue separately and kept their heads down as they made their way past photographers. Kristina looked as glamorous as

ever in a floor-length black dress which had a nude, embellished top half. She added some extra height with a pair of black and gold peep-toe stilettos and finished off her look with

lashings of red lipstick, highlighting her cheek bones with plenty of bronzer. Ben, on the other hand, looked incredibly dapper in a black suit which he wore with a crisp white shirt and

black tie. The likes of Anton Du Beke and Cherie Blair also attended last night's party. Kristina and Ben's appearance comes after it was reported over the weekend that police were

called to the former rugby player's Northampton property following a row with his ex wife. However, Ben was quick to deny the claim. In a statement, his spokesperson said: "There

was no row and Ben was not at the house on the day in question. His relationship with his ex-wife remains amicable." Abby also added she had "no comment" on the original

report. The sportsman, who is in the process of divorcing Abby, is thought to have moved back into the home he shared with her and their two children after struggling to sell the property.

Sources close to the couple say they are doing all they can to make the split as amicable as possible so they can both move on with their lives. An insider told the Sunday People: "For

the first time in months, Ben and Abby are able to cut through all the emotional baggage and talk practically about how best to move forward with their separate lives. "It’s actually

been quite cathartic for both of them," they added.
